NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course, a one day course, approximately ten hours in length. The course is designed to accommodate beginning pistol shooters or those with little or no pistol shooting experience.   Course subjects include:  pistol knowledge, safe gun handling, ammunition knowledge, the fundamentals of pistol shooting, pistol shooting positions and other topics.  The course includes live firing sessions on the shooting range.  All necessary materials for the course are furnished.
