NRA Basic Shotgun Shooting Course, a
one day course, approximately ten hours in length. The course is designed to
accommodate beginning shotgun shooters or those with little or no shotgun
shooting experience. Course subjects include: shotgun knowledge, safe gun
handling, ammunition knowledge, the fundamentals of shotgun shooting, and other
topics with an emphasis on shooting moving targets. The course includes live
firing sessions on the shooting range. All necessary materials for the course
are furnished.
